paranoid

'allo 'allo.
Have been busy with work and following nightmare around during their tour but i thought i'd update a little (about pretty much nothing) anyways.

When in Shizuoka we went to a shrine and they had this gundam display! (I love gundam afdfadfafasfdas)

For this one tag thing on twitter? It was an "upload stuff you like/have" and all the people on my twitter (we are pretty close because of nightmare) and I were uploading out makeup pouches, favorite accessories, clothing, etc. These are a few of my favorite accessories at the moment. There a few things like a star bracelet, a gold necklace and a few other bracelets that aren't pictured... but I love accessories. (Even if they cost me my life.)

This is also in Shizuoka! One of the things Shizuoka is known for is their oden. It wasn't really my sort of oden though... sort of sweet. Regular tokyo oden is good for me. (Also Nagoya is famous for "miso oden" which i'm not too fond of because it's too sweet. But a few of you might like it!)
Depending on the area of Japan some foods, even if they are technically the same (like oden, or ramen for example) are completely different not only in taste but also in how strong or light the flavor is. Northerners are known for liking their food stronger in flavor (ie: my entire family aifashdfafa) as I suppose the lower region likes it less strong? I'm not sure about that last bit, but I do know that sweet oden is bleh >:(

My life. This was in Shizuoka the next day before leaving. We went to a regular chinese food place (I guess it's a chain rest. but its the first time i'd seen it!) and this was called "the worlds hottest tantanmen." I wouldn't classify it as the "hottest" maybe, but it was definitely hot. Once my lips actually cooled down I was able to eat the noodles no problem. I didn't eat the peppers though because... that's way too much. The photo above is after I had eaten all the noodles... ALL OF THEM. and there is still THAT MUCH of the "soup" left.

This is what it started out like. The only problem was that it ONLY tasted like peppers (which I guess I should have seen coming...) so it wasn't that amazing tasting. Everything else they had there was really good, so if I ever go to the place again i'll just order regular tantan men...

Omurice! Most of these photos are food, I know.

In Kyoto! Kyoto is known for a lot of different types of food but yuba (tofu skin) which is on the bottom left of the above picture, is pretty famous as an actual "food". This particular one is over rice and with a saucey/soup. We went to a few shrines (as they have like .... millions) and through gion in front of yakasa shrine (which we also went to).

Random photo of delicious parfait in an omurice place in Shibuya.

Annnnnd this tour I am currently wearing Sakito's most recent outfit from their newest single "mimic." The outfits aren't really shown yet so im not 100% sure if the entire thing is right, but most of it seems to be! Here is the tops (that I need to fix since they are meant to be asymmetrical ...)

That fabric for the top...top layer? cost about 14,000yen a meter and I wanted to punch myself in the face. Instead I just cried while sewing the damn thing going "I hope this is right WAHHH" Other than the the necklaces were easy to make since I prefer making stuff like that rather than the actual outfits. All in all it took about 1/2 a day to make or less.

The leggings I made in about 30 minutes and want to re-make as I wasnt sure if they were right so they are REALLY badly made. REALLY. but atleast they hold up (for now)

Also I guess Sakito put red in his hair in the same area I accidently bleached too much and turned out red (for some odd reason?) but ... I guess that works out on my behalf...

Or something dumb like that.

Next is Nagoya this friday and Kobe on saturday! My friends and I are going together and a bunch of people already told me they'll be giving me valentines day chocolates wahhh im so excited.

And to end, here's some good music.
Plastic Tree's "jyoumyaku" to be released on 2/29 (I think?)

The tour is technically a continuation of the one that just ended last year on the 30th in Osaka, so the next live is already in 10 days. I enjoy hall tours more than standing since standing around and waiting for the actual show to start is such a pain (... old..)

A week or so ago I won 3,000yen on the ZOZO trump event thing they had going on via twitter! If you don't know what zozo is, it's a website that has a bunch of different brands and stores that sell their things online. Sort of like amazon in a way, but more officially focused on fashion and the like. For example, you can purchase the above from stores that supply foreign bath and body goods like the body shop items. The body wash was really good and smells amazing! It also actually lasts with you for a while after using it, which I like. The blackhead wash i've only used once; it doesn't really feel like it's doing much, but then again, who knows. I've only used it once so it's still too early to say. I'm hoping it'll help me stop looking so bad LOL

I really just wanted to make a post so I could share this song I am currently obsessed with by GUMI called wrist cutter.

as usual

Happy New Years!

I spent the 30th and 31st in Osaka with my friends to see a show, go to an aquariumey place and generally derp around. Not much to say, but have a few pictures!

Shin-Osaka station. I got there around 10AM on the 30th. It takes roughly 2.5~3hours by Shinkansen from Tokyo if you take Nozomi. There are a bunch of different Shinkansen trains, some that stop at more stations than others. During busy seasons, like now, it's hard to find cheap shinkansen tickets so I had to get them at regular price. Alas.

Before the live (NIGHTMARE) at Nanba Hatch, my friend and I stuffed our things into a locker and sat around at the cafe on the same floor as the entrance to the live house. I forgot what the place was called, but the chai tea was AMAZING. The strawberry parfait was delicious as well!

What I wore the day of the live minus the jacket.
After the live ended we headed off to an izakaya and drank and ate and returned to our hotel, exchanged late christmas gifts and just lazed around until falling asleep! The next day we had to wake up at 8am to get out by 10am so we could head off to the aquarium.

The aquarium is located in Osaka-ko and is pretty famous. There were way more foreign people there than Japanese people (or so it seemed!) probably since everyone was at home for the new years celebrations to commence that night. Lots of families were there but it wasn't as busy as it (probably) usually is.

I got to pet a little shark! There were manta rays and stuff too but I didn't get to pet that one. There was an entire section just for jelly fish so I was pretty excited.

After the aquarium we went off to eat some okonomiyaki as we were in Osaka, and drank from noon since we could LOL unfortunately we both ate too much, and my friend is sort of weak when it comes to alcohol so we ended up feeling sick from eating too much. Bleh.

We made out way back to Shin-Osaka and sat around in a cafe until my Shinkansen back to Tokyo, and my friend taking her train back to Fukui-ken. It was an awesome two days! And nice to see my friends who I only see when I head down to Kansai.

The next live i'll be at is in 12 days in Misato! (Kanto) Then a lot more stops before the tour final in March. Woooo~ I'm planning on making Sakito's outfit for Swallowtail for this next tour - i'm not sure if i'll make it in time as I need to badly lose some weight that I gained and grow out my hair before I color it since i'm still trying to fix it after having bleached it white, then purple!

This is the outfit! Ahhh look how skinny he is! My goal for the final is 42kg (92lbs) ... hopefully I can make it! I'll post pictures if it doesn't turn out so bad LOL

And as always, ending this with some music that i've been into lately.

Adventures in spending too much (once again)

As I am at work sitting here with nothing to do per-usual, I thought i'd post photos of those other things I've ore-ordered since I know everyone cares so incredibly much

Emblem motif MIDWEST special order item - 12,600 JPY (I got the one on the right)

Insonia outer - 37,800JPY (The one on the left!)

Going to Osaka on the 30th to see a show and hang out with a friend! I'm excited as it's been a few months since I've last been to Osaka. Next January and February (off the top of my head) I'll be going all around Kantou area, Shizuoka, Aichi, Kyoto, Kobe, Fukuoka, Sapporo, Sendai, and a few other places! Ahhhh money, why must you be so hard to keep.

I'm mostly excited to take pictures of good food! Anyone have recommendations for SLR or regular digital cameras? Those "mini SLR" digital cameras - how are those?

Music for today:

New blog or something of the sort.

Since I have nothing better to do with my life, I figure I should actually update in this English blog of mine as well.

What will I update about, you ask? Well, frankly, I have no idea.

I'm but a useless being who spends too much money on going to concerts, clothes, cafe hopping, clothes, accessories, and oh, clothes.

I guess this will probably be focused on cute clothes that I wear but most likely ruin as I have no real fashion sense. The above, for example, is a cardigan I pre-ordered a few months ago and is to arrive in February with a few other items by Insonia! I'm quite excited.

anrealage - 35,000yen...ish (can't remember exact price)

Other than that I plan on drawing a little more in my free time. Maybe take up photography.. (which I have been saying for years but never actually have I bought a camera, or taken the time to ... learn how to take photos properly.)

Well, we'll see how it goes, I suppose.

Since there's a 99% chance that I'll probably not update this regularly (although I will try to!), here's some nice music in the meanwhile.
